Well, the separation was very brief. Overnight.
WicketPixie’s dad helped me with a few links containing possible fixes and that, plus my spending a few hours tweaking numbers (do I know how to have fun on a Saturday night or WHAT??!), I got it working! :) So now all of you who enjoy living life dangerously close to the edge by still using IE (hehehe) can now view this site as intended or as least damn close.
Thanks Chris, “Smemon“, and “leateds“!
I had to combine the 2 fixes, and tweak a few numbers. If anyone is interested in the fix that resulted, comment and I will send it to you.
So as to show you I do have SOME kind of life (haha), I went to church Asssscat earlier tonight. Was a great show, very funny as always. I LOVE Chad Carter. If he is there (which he almost always is), you know you’re in for a GREAT night!
Morgan Murphy was tonight’s monologist. She was pretty good!
My 2 favorite monologists of all time (from all the ones I have seen since I started going to Asssscat in Summer of 05′) are Gibby Haynes (Butthole Surfers) and Janeane Garafalo. Just for the record. I think we should unite the 2, put them onstage to tell stories, and that can be the show! And make it a good 2 or 3 hours because I could listen to them all night!
Happy Father’s Day!

glad to be of assistance Lisa! & cheers for the link ;-)
Yeah thanks for the link also, glad to hear you got Wicketpixie working :)
I am having issues too with Wicketpixie. Can you send me the fix? Thanks!
hey there. nicely done. I am just trying to set the theme up myself and I was wondering if you could tell me how you got your home page to show all those posts plus the more button on the bottom! that would be awesome! thx and mybest regards
teymur.
uh I actually found out. thx anyway :-)
I’m having trouble getting the gravatar to show up across the pages. How do I fix that issue? I’m also using the twitter widget and I get this error, “Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/athlon64/public_html/wp-content/themes/wicketpixie/widgets/twitter.php on line 7″. What is causing this?
Lisa,
I used leateds CSS and found out that there is a gap between the Nav bar and the Twitter updates/Gravatar section. I hope you could give me your code for what you put on your CSS file and see if it works. I am hoping for you to give me the IE6, and 7 CSS.
Thanks alot!
Jordan
Lisa,
Don’t worry about giving me the CSS, I just got it. I know what the path is to the CSS from the WP-Content folder so I just went here: http://lisa-lee.com/wp-content/themes/wicketpixie/css/ie7.css and I found it… Thanks
Jordan
Hi. I came across your site and saw that you were using the wicketpixie theme and it was working fine in Internet Explorer. I’m having issues trying to get the sidebar to go where it’s suppose to. It shows up fine in Firefox but not IE. Coudl you help me out please? Thanks.

Seymour: Let me check my older email. I had posted the code there somewhere. I’ll email it to you when I find it. Probably tomorrow or tomorrow night.
